About the Role
We seek an experienced Landscape Site Supervisor with a background in commercial landscaping. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing high-end landscaping projects and a passion for working outdoors.
This position reports directly to the Project Manager and involves organising staff and materials, coordinating with clients and other trades, and ensuring quality control on-site.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate landscapers and subcontractors on-site.
- Operate machinery, including excavators and bobcats.
- Order materials and manage deliveries.
- Manage projects within budget and time-line while ensuring compliance and quality standards are met.
- Keep senior management updated on all aspects of the projects.
- Read and interpret plans effectively.
- Work closely with key stakeholders.
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in a similar role or at least five years in Commercial Landscape Construction.
- Trade Certificate/Qualification in Landscape/Horticulture or 5+ years of relevant experience.
- Proven experience as a Site Supervisor delivering commercial projects.
- A current Driver's License is essential.
- A White Card, excavator, and bobcat tickets are preferred but not essential.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
