A Contracts Administrator is sought by an established Commercial Tier 3 Builder, to work retail and hospitality fit out projects in the $1 - 3 million range
The Opportunity:
- Working for an established and reputable commercial fit out contractor
- Working under a PM, with projects ranging from $500k - 3 million on average, in the retail and hospitality sectors
- Initial projects are 2 - 3 retail fit out/ refurbishments worth $1 -3 million each
- $100k to $120k package
- Immediate start

- Reporting to a Project Manager

- A Construction Management Degree or similar
- 2 years minimum previous contracts administration experience with a Head Fit Out Contractor in Sydney is essential
- Experience with procurement, letting contracts, claims, variations, final accounts, sub contractor payments
- Solid software experience with Jobpac and Procore sought
- A steady career history and proven CA background
