Job Site Manager - Industrial Construction - Western Sydney - To $230k package

A Site Manager is sought by a Tier 2 Builder, to manage a $30 million industrial construction project in Western Sydney.

The Opportunity:

• Working for a busy Tier 2 Builder on industrial construction projects from $20 million to $100 million
• You will be working on a $30 million industrial construction project.
• You will be managing a Foreman and Leading Hand, reporting to a Project Manager
• $200k to $230K package
• Immediate start
• Long term permanent opportunity
• Western Sydney based site
• 13 Flexible RDO's a year

​The Company:

• An established Tier 2 Builder
• T/0 $350 million
• Reporting to a Senior Project Manager
• This successful builder focuses on industrial construction projects.
• Projects between $20 million to $100 million

​You will have:

• A Trade Certificate, Carpentry Cert III preferred
• Previous supervisory experience with a Tier 2 Builder in NSW essential
• Industrial construction experience preferred, commercial construction highly considered
• Driven and keen to progress your career with a busy Tier 2 builder
• Experience managing industrial or commercial construction projects over $15 million with a Tier 2 Builder
• A steady career history and previous site management background
• Solid programming experience
• Experience with Procore
