Job Estimator - Tier 3 Commercial Fit Out Contractor - North Sydney

An Estimator is sought by a busy Tier 3 Commercial Fit Out Contractor in North Sydney, to manage tenders on commercial office fit outs in the $250k to $1.5 million range.

The Opportunity:

• Working for a busy Tier 3 Fit Out Contractor on commercial a fit out and projects from $250k to $1.5 million
• You will be reporting to a Director, and working with an established sales team.
• $100k - 120k package
• Immediate start
• Long term permanent opportunity
• Western Sydney based
• This position has unlimited scope for career progression, with the opportunity to develop into an Estimating Manager

The Company:

• An established Tier 3 Commercial Fit Out Contractor
• T/0 $10 million
• Reporting to a Director
• Client base consists of real estate developers and asset management companies
• Projects to $500k
• The bulk of the companies work is negotiated with repeat clients, due to targeted growth they are looking focus more on competitive tenders

You will have:

• A Construction Management Degree
• 2 years previous estimating experience with Principal Fit Out Contractor in NSW is essential
• Commercial office fit out experience highly sought
• Driven and keen to progress your career with a busy contractor
• Experience tendering office fit out projects over $500k
• A steady career history and previous estimating background
• Solid sub-contractor network
• Strong software experience, Cost X and MS Suite advantageous.
