Job Project Manager - Tier 2 Builder - Industrial Construction - To $280k package

A Project Manager is sought by a large, established, Tier 2 Builder, for a $50 industrial construction project in Western Sydney.

• Reporting to a Construction Manager, managing Site Managers, Supervisors, CA's and Cadets
• Working for a busy Commercial Tier 2 Builder who specialise in residential, commercial, education, healthcare, and industrial construction projects
• $240k - $280K package circa

• Working for a busy Tier 2 Builder who specialise in residential, commercial, education, healthcare, and industrial construction projects
• Focus on construction projects in the $50 - 200 million range on average
• Established client base, with full order book of work for 2025
• Modern offices, close to public transport and abundance of close amenities

You will have:

• A Construction Management Degree or similar
• Previous project management experience with Tier 2 Commercial Builder in Sydney
• Industrial construction experience on projects over $30 million is highly desirable
• Procore and MS Project experience sought
• A steady career history and proven construction management background
