A Senior Estimator is sought by an established Tier 1 Fit Out Contractor in Inner Sydney, to work on commercial fit out and refurbishment tenders between $10 million and $100 million.
The Opportunity:
- Working for a busy national Tier 1 Fit Out Contractor on fit out/ refurb projects from $5 million to $100 million on average
- You will be working with 5 estimators and reporting to an Estimating Manager
- 2IC role to the Estimating Manager, you will be offering mentorship to the junior estimators in the business
- $220k to $250k package
- Long term permanent opportunity
- Full responsibility for preparing preliminary budgets, cost estimates, bid scopes, pricing proposals and leading tenders

- Group T/0 $1 billion
- Reporting to an Estimating Manager
- This Head Contractor focuses on high end corporate office fit outs for major international clients
- 100 + staff in the office

You will have:
- A Construction Management Degree/ QS Degree or similar
- Previous estimating experience with Principal Commercial Contractor in NSW is essential
- Driven and keen to progress your career with a busy builder
- Cubit software experience sought
- Experience tendering fit out projects over $10 million
- A steady career background with solid tendering success history
