Job Construction Manager - National Tier 2 Builder

A Construction Manager is sought by an established National Tier 2 Builder, who work across the commercial, education, industrial, healthcare and residential sectors in the $50 - 200 million range.

The Opportunity:

• Working for a busy Tier 2 Builder overseeing education construction projects in the $50 - 150 million range
• You will have experience delivery large construction projects for both public and private schools
• Negotiable high salary on offer

• You will be managing a Project Manager, Site Managers, Foreman, CA's, Engineers and Cadets, across 1 - 2 projects

You will have:

• A Construction Management Degree or similar
• Experience in leading project teams on large scale school construction projects
• Business improvement expertise
• Ability to lead, train and develop the construction team
• Performance management experience
• Risk management knowledge
• Previous project management/ construction management experience with Tier 2 Commercial Builder in Sydney
• Construction experience on projects over $100 million highly desirable, government construction experience highly regarded
• Procore and MS Project experience sought
• A steady career history as a Senior Project Manager/ Project Director/ Construction Manager
