Our Client is a highly reputed & an award-winning architectural firm in Australia. You will be expected to demonstrate your strong communication skills and previous experiences in employee relations. Having an office in Sydney and Melbourne, your understanding and experience in the infrastructure industry will be critical for your success in this position.
ABOUT THE POSITION.
A newly created position. Your role as a HR Manager is to provide strategic leadership and advice to the Executive Team. You will work closely alongside the Managing Director, Managing Principal & Operations Manager developing & implementing new HR systems and processes, whilst ensuring that your workplace runs smoothly.
DUTIES.
- Develop & implement HR policies and procedures
- Create reports for data analysis
- Handling all performance, conduct & grievance matters
- Assist in recruitment strategies & execute
- General ER matters
- Remuneration/benefits & Training/development
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE.
- Tertiary qualifications in HRM or relevant
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in relevant role
- Experience working for an Architectural Studio (highly preferred)
- Experience working in the infrastructure industry (mandatory)
REMUNERATION.
$120,000 - $130,000 + Superannuation
