They are now looking to hire a driven Project Engineer with aspirations to grow into a Project Manager, overseeing the delivery of current and future projects within their NSW division.
ABOUT THE POSITION
As a Project Engineer, you will report directly to the Project Director. You will collaborate closely with both the site and project teams to successfully deliver multiple projects across NSW, from the design phase through to completion. These ongoing projects range from $10M to $60M. You’ll liaise with clients and the project team to ensure the highest standards of delivery. With a robust project pipeline in Sydney and across NSW, this company offers excellent stability and career opportunities.
DUTIES
- Manage project design
- Coordinate services
- Handle variations
- Manage procurement
- Oversee programming
- Control costs
- Engage in client management
- Experience working as a Site Engineer/Project Engineer on various commercial New Build and Fit-Out project over $20M
- Tertiary or Trade Qualification in a building-related discipline (preferred)
- Proven experience in monitoring, managing, and complying with WHS and Quality Assurance processes as a Site/Project Engineer, Junior Project Manager, or similar role
- Strong track record of stability with previous employers
