The Role
This role involves navigating different practice areas and being an office support all rounder in areas such as Commercial Litigation, Corporate and Commercial, Employment and Property. Due to the multi-team nature of the role, this would suit someone with a confident handle on law firm processes.
Duties
- Diary management
- Co-ordinating travel arrangements and itineraries
- Liaising with clients and external stakeholders
- File management
- Drafting and editing correspondence and court documents
- Monthly billing
- Minimum of 1 years' experience as a Legal Assistant
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously and show initiative
- Strong organisational, prioritisation abilities and time management skills
