Who will you be supporting
You’ll be working closely with senior partners and other senior lawyers in the Construction and Property team, assisting them in managing their practices efficiently and providing essential legal and administrative support.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will be:
- Proactive diary and email management, coordinating meetings and client engagements
- Preparing, amending, and formatting legal documentation and correspondence
- Handling high-volume file management, both electronic and physical
- Monthly billing and reporting
- Organising travel arrangements and itineraries
- Managing deadlines and supporting the team with general administrative tasks
- 3–5 years’ experience as a Legal Assistant, ideally within construction, property, or related legal areas
- Strong attention to detail and proven organisational skills
- Ability to work proactively and manage competing priorities with ease
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong technical skills, including Microsoft Office and legal practice management systems
- A team player who can also work confidently and independently
