CA / Junior PM - Fit Out
The Company:
- Commercial fit out projects for high profile clients
- Workspace, Education, Health, Medical and Building Owners
- Projects range $1-10m
- Friendly environment
- Looking for an enthusiastic person with fit out experience
- Keen to progress into a Project Management position
Role and Skills:
- Preparation of subcontractor tender packages, scope of works, contract documentation and procurement schedules
- Submission and evaluation of variations
- Prepare end of monthly costs reports for presentation to the Construction Manager
- Administer RFIs to clients and consultants
- Assisting Project Manager with daily operations
- Maintaining project document control
- Build relationships and negotiate with suppliers
Desirable Criteria:
- Minimum 2-3 years’ experience minimum as a Contracts Administrator
- Experience working on similar projects, preferably from a competitor
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Australian working rights
