The Opportunity

Our Kiteleys business is looking for a Roofing Supervisor to join the Roofing Team based in Sydney. For more than 50 years, the Kiteleys name has been synonymous in steel roofing. From its foundation in the Shoalhaven area in 1957, it has grown to serve clients ranging from individual homeowners to leading project home builders throughout NSW.

We are currently seeking 2 Roofing Supervisors to support our business across Sydney in new and re-roofing projects. In this fast-paced and diverse role, you will be responsible for directly supervising our team that installs COLORBOND ® and ZINCALUME ® roofing materials. You will champion safety and superior customer service to exceed our customer’s expectations and ensure safe and quality installation.

What Will You Do?

In this role you will be:

• leading site supervision and project management - leading a team of metal roofers
• ensuring the safety of yourself and that of your team is never compromised
• inspecting installation jobs and handle escalated enquiries
• measuring jobs and coordinating the delivery of materials and trades to complete installations
• ensuring quality control
• managing contractors and relationships

More About You

You will bring:

• experience in domestic residential new build and re-roofing and high volume residential roofing
• experience working in leading hand or supervisory roles
• a commitment to your own safety and that of others
• strong knowledge of roof plumbing and installation
• a Work Cover induction card
• a current valid driver license
• basic computer skills (Office 365 etc)
