This role will report to the Senior Project Manager and on some occasions directly to a Construction Manager. The level of experience required will be at an intermediate to senior level and require someone who can operate very autonomously. On occasion you might be asked deliver smaller projects as the Project Manager
Background / Skillset
- Degree in Construction Management or related field
- Experience with a medium sized head contractor in Sydney
- Strong financial management experience and well-rounded business acumen
- Ability to lead and contribute to internal monthly meetings to management around financials / projects status
- Strong industry network (designers, engineers, client side PMs etc), active participation in industry groups.
- Strong industry networks and existing relationships with subbies with consultants
- Ability to work in a team environment and engage with all relevant stakeholders across the project
