Connecting people and property throughout the top end of town, this is an opportunity to work alongside an influential industry leader that obtains trust between both the consumer and vendor. Monday – Friday, we are currently seeking a Personal Assistant to work alongside a top performing agent with fresh ideas and a fun & social team culture.
The Role:
- Diary, e-mail and appointment management for a Senior Sales Agent
- Preparing correspondence for offers/acceptance and exchanges
- Communication with solicitors during the sales process
- Liaising with the marketing team
- Coordinating photo shoots, floor plans, marketing material and agent branding
- Prepare and attend proposals, presentations and auctions
- Drafting and managing internal and external communication
- Manage the exchanges and settlements process
- Ad hoc projects and tasks as required
The Candidate
- Have a strong administration background in Real Estate
- A Current Certificate of Registration
- Ability to manage a high volume work load – you will be working across listings up to $6 Million
- Provide a high stand of customer service
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Ability to work autonomously & part of a team
