The Role:
The Workplace Relations & Safety team advises a diverse client base, including large corporations, small businesses, government departments, and statutory authorities. Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Experience handling both contentious and non-contentious employment issues
- Strong background advising on employment and safety legislation
- General litigation experience is a plus; candidates with insurance or broader litigation backgrounds, along with a keen interest in workplace relations, are encouraged to apply
- Excellent communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to build client relationships, lead matters, and collaborate effectively with team members of all levels
- A proactive mindset and enthusiasm to contribute to practice growth
