Key Responsibilities:

• Contract Law & Negotiations: Advise and represent clients in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts and agreements to ensure their interests are protected.
  

• Legal Compliance & Risk Management: Provide guidance on regulatory compliance, identify potential legal risks, and implement strategies to mitigate such risks effectively.
  

• Intellectual Property: Assist clients in protecting their intellectual property assets, offering advice on trademarks, patents, and copyrights.
  

• Business Transactions: Guide clients through the legal intricacies of business sales, purchases, commercial leasing, and franchise acquisitions, ensuring smooth transactions.
  

• Litigation & Dispute Resolution: Handle commercial litigation, debt recovery, and alternative dispute resolutions, including mediation, to resolve conflicts efficiently and amicably.
  

• Strategic Planning: Collaborate with clients to anticipate potential legal hurdles in the commercial landscape and develop proactive strategies to minimize operational disruptions.
  

• Client Relations: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business intricacies to provide legal guidance that aligns with their commercial goals.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent legal degree
