Job Branch Manager, Sydney

Right now, this branch is a tight crew of 3.
Solid performers, good customers and a healthy foundation.
But the vision is six people, double the revenue, and a thriving hub that’s a force in the industry, all within the next 18 months.

We’re looking for someone who doesn’t just want to manage what’s there, but someone who can see the opportunity in front of them and think “This is mine to grow.”

You’ll be leading day-to-day operations, building relationships, and putting your stamp on how the branch runs.
You’ll have the backing of a multi-branch, well-respected business with the resources and reputation to win, but the autonomy to run your branch like it’s your own.

Experience in equipment rental, industrial consumables, tools, plumbing, or similar sectors will set you up well, but above all, we want fire, vision, and a willingness to roll up your sleeves.
