The Role
As the Business Development Manager, you’ll be responsible for expanding the agency’s rent roll and building long-term client relationships. Your day-to-day will include:
- Prospecting and generating new landlord leads
- Conducting rental appraisals and high-quality listing presentations
- Negotiating and securing management agreements
- Building strong relationships with property investors and developers
- Collaborating with the property management team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new clients
- Reporting on growth metrics and contributing to business strategy
We’re looking for a confident, proactive professional who:
- Has proven experience in BDM roles (real estate preferred)
- Thrives on building relationships and closing deals
- Is self-motivated, target-driven, and organised
- Has strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Holds a current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
- Has a current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
