What you'll be doing:
▪ Leading, coaching, and mentoring a team of Business Development Managers.
▪ Driving the ANZ sales plan, pipeline, and revenue performance, with a focus on increasing sales velocity monthly.
▪ Delivering individual deals alongside your sales team target.
▪ Creating scalable sales processes, setting up the sales engine, sequences, automations, and performance tracking.
▪ Recruiting and ramping new sales hires to match significant growth ambitions.
▪ Partnering closely with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to align go-to-market execution.
▪ Owning key SaaS metrics (i.e. ARR from new sales) and optimising effective activities and channels.
▪ Helping to shape new sales initiatives, expansion strategies, and performance incentives.
▪ Championing a culture of excellence, delivery, and fun within the sales team.
What you'll bring to the team:
▪ Strong B2B SaaS sales experience, with some sales leadership experience.
▪ A proven track record of consistently hitting targets and successfully scaling teams in high-growth environments.
▪ Being metric-driven, with a passion for data, and expertise in setting up systems and processes to scale sales performance.
▪ A hands-on leadership style, demonstrating willingness to achieve an individual sales target in addition to team targets.
▪ Demonstrated experience implementing or improving sales processes, reporting mechanisms, and playbooks.
