The IT Sales Administrator plays a vital role in supporting the Sales and Marketing teams throughout the entire sales journey, from preparing quotes to managing contract renewals. This position is ideal for someone with a solid technical background and strong organisational skills who can work efficiently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate precise quotes for hardware and software products.
- Handle sales order processing and coordinate invoicing.
- Manage renewals for hardware and software contracts to maintain ongoing client relationships.
- Keep CRM and quoting systems updated and accurate.
- Assist with drafting proposals for projects and managed IT services.
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell within existing accounts.
- Support marketing initiatives and lead generation efforts.
- Contribute to IT related projects and assist with general administrative duties across the company.
- Previous experience in IT sales support, quoting, or sales administration roles.
- Good technical knowledge, ideally with understanding of IT systems and Microsoft 365 Cloud solutions.
- Strong organisational skills and great attention to detail.
- Ability to analyse data and generate reports to support sales and marketing decisions.
- Familiarity with cloud computing concepts and SaaS products beyond Microsoft 365.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and handle multiple priorities.
- Experience using quoting and invoicing software.
- Clear and professional communication skills, both verbal and written.
