Assistant Store Manager - Sneakers & Streetwear

What will you be doing?
You'll be the right hand to the Store Manager, stepping up to lead the team and maintain smooth operations. From engaging customers with genuine product knowledge to ensuring the store's presentation reflects the brand's premium image, you'll keep things moving with calm confidence.
You will:
* Lead and support a passionate team in a high-traffic environment
* Manage daily operations and step into the Store Manager's role when required
* Deliver expert advice on footwear and streetwear collections
* Maintain impeccable visual merchandising standards
* Oversee stock flow and ensure the sales floor is always well presented
* Uphold brand and operational policies with professionalism
Who are you?
You bring a strong retail background, ideally in sneakers, streetwear, or lifestyle brands. You're calm under pressure, naturally lead by example, and know how to balance pace with precision. Your appreciation for the culture is authentic, and your communication is clear and confident.
You'll bring:
* Proven retail leadership experience in a fast-paced setting
* Deep knowledge or passion of streetwear culture
* Ability to motivate and develop a team
* A polished, professional presence on the sales floor and beyond
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* Availability to work a Sun-Thu roster, 38 hours per week
