What you’ll be doing:

• Own the case game – Take charge of complex IP case administration from first step to final sign-off, keeping everything on track and on time;
• Be the portal pro – Navigate IP Australia and IPONZ online systems with ease, lodging applications, managing updates, and keeping things moving;
• Work smarter with tech – Use legal databases (including Inprotech) and templates to create polished, accurate documents every time;
• Stay file-fit – Keep records sharp, files spotless, and information ready at your fingertips;
• Perfect the details – Proofread like a hawk and draft correspondence that makes attorneys (and clients) look their best; and
• Report like a boss – Build portfolio and WIP reports that give the team clarity, insight, and control.

What we’re looking for:

• At least 2 years’ experience in a legal environment with exposure to intellectual property matters;
• Excellent communication skills (written & verbal);
• Strong attention to detail, organisation, and time management;
• Confidence to work both independently and collaboratively; and
• Comfort working within established processes and systems.
