Join Rest’s Investment Legal Team (RILT) and play a key role in supporting and protecting Rest’s investment objectives. You’ll provide legal advice across domestic and global investment matters, ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks and mitigating legal risks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advise on legal and regulatory issues impacting investment decisions and operations.
- Draft, review, and negotiate investment agreements across listed and unlisted portfolios.
- Support transaction execution, due diligence, and asset management processes.
- Collaborate with internal teams (tax, finance, operations) to ensure legal protections and documentation.
- Manage legal risks in investment structures, entities, and service provider relationships.
- Assist with investment-related litigation and public disclosure obligations.
- Provide training and guidance on legal rights, obligations, and internal policies.
