You’ll have the opportunity to work closely with a highly regarded Partner and senior lawyers, gaining exposure to a range of high-value, challenging cases such as:
- Professional Indemnity claims for financial institutions, medical professionals, and other insureds.
- Medical negligence defence and risk management
- Financial lines and D&O disputes, coverage advice, and liability claims.
- Be involved in mediations, arbitrations, and high-stakes litigation.
- 3 + years of reputable defendant insurance experience - Strong plaintiff background may also be considered.
- Australian or New Zealand legally qualified.
