Job Title: Junior Customer Success Manager (2 roles available)
Location: Bondi Beach
We are looking for 2 Junior Customer Success Managers, based in Sydney. These roles are ideal for individuals early in their careers who are highly organised, people-focused, and eager to grow in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment. You will be the first point of contact for new and existing users, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience and ongoing value from the product.
Responsibilities
- Guide new users through a structured onboarding process, including welcome calls and tailored follow-ups.
- Monitor early usage, resolve blockers, and maintain regular engagement.
- Build strong relationships via email, calls, and messaging, flagging at-risk accounts when necessary.
- Coordinate product updates and feature announcements to keep users informed.
- Collaborate with Support, Product, and Operations teams to capture feedback and improve internal processes.
- 1–2 years in a client-facing or coordination role (e.g. admin, customer support, account assistant).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail.
- Proficiency with tools such as Google Suite, Slack, and CRMs (preferably HubSpot).
- Bonus: Experience in healthcare, SaaS, or early-stage start-ups.
- Work with an experienced team in AI, healthcare, and strategy.
