We’re seeking an experienced Project Manager's to join a major government reform initiative. This is a fast-paced, high-pressure role in a highly scrutinised environment, with a significant workload and competing priorities — perfect for a professional who thrives on challenge and complexity.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and deliver projects that support a significant reform agenda.
• Partner with senior leaders and diverse stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met.

• Navigate a politically sensitive environment, providing clear communication and confident decision-making.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in HR project management, ideally within government or large, complex organisations.
• Background in large-scale reform projects – able to operate confidently in environments of significant change.
• Strong stakeholder management skills – able to influence, negotiate, and build trusted relationships at all levels.
• Ability to remain calm, adaptable, and solutions-focused under pressure.
• Experience delivering in high-stakes, high-visibility environments.
