Overview
This role is key to ensuring that communications are following all regulatory and compliant policies and processes, and that communications to customers regarding changes are delivered in an efficient, comprehensive and timely manner.
Responsibilities
- Managing the workflow and timing plans for accurate and timely roll out of projects.
- Working closely with multiple stakeholders across Product, Operational Excellence and PMO to understand each project’s communication need and delivery on the requirements.
- Execute & delivery of Customer Communications related to operation risk remediation management actions & other Product related changes (Communication channels include emails, Direct Mail, Statement Messages, MYCA and Site) .
- Monthly & quarterly compliance audits – manage the process to ensure customer marketing complies with internal & external audit requirements. This includes managing and reviewing team processes, ensuring that all team members are across what they need to do and are actioning as expected. Gathering & storing evidence for audit reviews and submitted audit request.
- Help run and manage Campaign Review Board meetings.
- At least 2 years experience in a similar Marketing position
- Ability to drive results and innovation in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Project management skills to ensure completion following clear timelines and project steps
- Critical thinking and details orientated with a thirst for knowledge, navigating multiple requests and staying on top of internal regulations
- Solution oriented individual with ability to develop solutions to complex issues
- Experience managing multiple stakeholder relationships with strong negotiation and influencing skills
- Strong communicator, able to influence and convince others to support strategies and tactics
- Strong analytical, creative and problem solving skills
