Description
The Sales Executive responsibilities include:
- Engaging with customers to expand and grow beauty and hair care brands in retail across ANZ
- Supporting the National Account Manager to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Reporting on weekly insights on sales and business KPI's with customers
- Achieve and exceed sales targets in a retail setting.
- Assist with stock management and inventory checks.
- Handle customer daily queries and resolutions
- Support execution of sales planogram, promotional activity and the roll out of new products in stores.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and market insights
Profile
The successful Sales Executive should have:
- Previous experience in a retail/beauty/FMCG or a customer-facing role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive approach to achieving sales goals.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
- Advanced excel skills
- A positive attitude and commitment to excellent customer service.
