The Role
As a Home Loan Lending Specialist, you'll guide clients through the entire lending process from initial enquiry to settlement, delivering a seamless and personalised experience. You'll be the single point of contact, building trust and long-term relationships while achieving strong performance outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full home loan journey for residential and investment lending
• Provide exceptional client service while achieving sales and service targets
• Build and maintain a strong repeat and referral customer base
• Navigate clients through complex lending scenarios with confidence and compliance
• Operate in a fast-paced, phone-based environment while following defined processes

What We're Looking For

• Proven home loan experience within banking, mortgage broking, or non-bank lending
• Strong sales background with a track record of meeting and exceeding KPIs
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone
• Solid knowledge of lending products, credit policy, and regulatory requirements
• Highly organised with exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• A growth mindset with the desire to learn, improve, and adapt
• Skilled at developing relationships to generate leads and foster long-term, repeat client business
