Job Piling Supervisors - Bored / CFA - QLD & NSW, Sydney

Our client is a recognised specialist piling and civils contractor with a presence throughout the East Coast with a portfolio and a diverse range of projects including renewables and infrastructure including TMR.

Due to a full order book for 2025 and a strong outlook for 2026 and possibly longer, they have an immediate requirements for experienced Piling Supervisor experienced in CFA & Bored Piles who can demonstrate previous project experience on heavy civil infrastructure, structures and/or resources projects. These projects will be located in Qld and NSW on a FIFO basis

These positions are specifically for experienced Piling Supervisor who can demonstrate current CFA & Bored Piles project experience with a piling or ground improvement contractor whose responsibilities will include, but not limited to, assisting the Project Engineer in the planning, resourcing, management and delivery of this project.

At this level applicants will have an excellent track record within the piling industry and be able to work unsupervised whilst being able to drive a project.


To be considered for this role you must be able to demonstrate the following:

• Qld or NSW based
• Current Piling Company Experience
• CFA / Bored Piling Experience
• Minimum 4 yrs Supervisory Experience
• Large Civil Infrastructure Projects Experience Desirable
• Australian Experience Essential
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Ability To Work On Own Initiative
