Junior Supervisor - Construction, Fit Out & Refurbs/Renos

*Looking for someone with some local experience to train up / mould

**Some travel will be included in the role for ad hoc projects, must be open to travelling and staying away for short term stints

The Role -

• Liaising with colleagues and clients
• Supervising construction workers and subcontractors
• Monitor build costs and project progress
• Report to senior management
• Conducting quality and safety inspections
• Checking and preparing site reports, designs and drawings
• Maintaining quality control checks
• Motivating the workforce
• Day to day problem solving and dealing with any issues that arise

Salary - $100k - $110k + super

Skills and Experience

• 1-2 years as a supervisor
• Stability with previous employers
• A positive & proactive attitude
