Job Demand Planner, Sydney

We're looking for a detail-driven Demand Planner with a minimum of 2 years of experience, available to start immediately. This is an approximate 6-month temporary role with a leading FMCG company based in Sydney.

Description

• Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts to support inventory planning.
• Collaborate with various internal stakeholders to ensure stock availability aligns with business needs.
• Analyse historical data and market trends to improve forecast accuracy.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to demand planning and inventory levels.
• Identify and address potential supply chain disruptions proactively.
• Prepare and present regular demand planning reports to stakeholders.
• Support process improvement initiatives within the supply chain department.

Profile

About you:

• Minimum of 2-3 years of demand planning experience.
• A strong background in demand forecasting or supply chain planning.
• Proficiency in demand planning software and advanced Excel skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication skills to liaise with cross-functional teams effectively.

Job Offer

• An hourly rate of approx. $47- $60 plus superannuation
• 6-month temporary role
