- Maintain CRM records, forecasts, and activity reports.
- Report on sales performance and market opportunities.
- Utilize data insights to refine strategy and improve operations.
- Experience in a BDM or senior sales role in commercial construction or manufacturing.
- Tertiary qualifications in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related fields.
- Knowledge of NCC, DDA compliance, and building standards preferred.
- Strong network in Sydney's construction, architectural, or fit-out sectors.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated with a knack for managing priorities.

- Familiarity with CRM systems and digital sales tools.
