The Opportunity
We're seeking a Senior Merchandise Planner to join during an exciting growth phase. You'll build planning processes from the ground up, working directly with C-suite executives to drive strategic expansion.
What You'll Do
- Own strategic inventory planning and allocation to maximize sales and margins
- Develop advanced forecasting and demand planning using data insights
- Collaborate across buying, marketing, and operations teams
- Partner with CFO on budgeting and performance management
- Create and refine Weekly Sales, Stock, and Intake planning tools
- Mentor team members as we scale planning capabilities
- 3-5 years merchandise planning experience (fashion retail/eCommerce preferred)
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with planning systems
- Strong analytical and KPI reporting abilities
- Proven cross-functional collaboration skills
- Experience in high-growth or founder-led businesses
- eCommerce and multi-channel inventory management exposure
- Proactive, solution-focused approach with senior leadership presence
