This is your opportunity to be part of a small but powerful and highly engaged, collaborative team.
In the role of Marketing & Client Experience Coordinator, you will support the marketing team in the implementation of the annual marketing & client experience strategy through effective and ROI-focussed initiatives and campaigns. Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the Marketing & Client Experience Manager to develop, execute and report on directorate requirements.
- Working with service and support teams to deliver marketing and client experience programs across the organisation. Where necessary utilise graphic design skills to supplement creative development of smaller and/or immediate pieces of communications.
- Working with external partners including but not limited to creative agencies, print & signage vendors, merchandise suppliers, media agencies etc.
- Ensure DPV Health sites are presented according to the site style guide and in line with DPV Health inclusion principles of being safe and welcoming to our diverse communities.
Skills And Experiences

To be successful in this role, you will bring demonstrated experience of 2-3 years in –
- Generalist marketing, client experience and community engagement
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail
- Strong project management skills including effective planning, time management, and organisational skills
- Technologically savvy with experience working on platforms like Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign etc.
- Desirable: Healthcare related experience
The Fine Print
- Full Time, Permanent.
- Successful candidates will be required to undergo a National Police Check, International Police Check (if applicable), and hold a valid WWCC.
- Full driver license and travel between sites required.
