About the role

Reporting to the Account Manager and collaborating closely with the in-house advertising team, your role will ensure that all content and production processes are compliant.

Responsibilities include;

• Confidently liaising with internal staff, business units and external stakeholders.
• Maintaining and updating files as required.
• Consistently meeting strict deadlines.
• Managing changes and correspondence effectively.
• Overseeing copywriters and designers to ensure timely completion of work.
• Making informed judgements and identifying potential issues.
• Other ad hoc duties to assist with the efficient running of GP Advertising.

About you

You will have experience in advertising production with a keen eye for detail.

You will also have:

• Proven communication skills with a diverse range of business units.
• Capacity to multi-task in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Ability to follow procedures and work independently.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively as a team player.
• A proactive and supportive attitude towards assisting other team members.
