Duties:
Reporting into a Sales & Marketing Director, this is an important role not only to drive sales for the business, but to guide potential buyers through the purchasing journey & support them in deciding on their dream home.
An incredibly active role, you will roam across all their sites (mainly North West & Hills) and have 2 – 3 days in Head Office. Day to day will include:
  • Attend to inbound enquiry and sell across all sites
  • Proactive database outreach and gaining new business through a sustained program of cold calling, mailing and following up on referrals/ leads
  • Manage the entire sales process, from initial contact to closing the deal
  • Identifying
  • Coordinating, conducting and participating in Sales promotions, campaigns, events and displays.
  • Attend industry events and keep up to date with market trends and developments
  • Facilitate the execution of tenders and Home Building agreements with purchasers for House and Land split contract transactions, as required
  • Establish relationships with developers to enable the acquisition of land under access or option arrangements. Assist in the development of appropriate packaging
  • General management and monitoring of stock
Specific requirements:
  • You will be able to demonstrate success in selling Spec Homes
  • A current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate License
  • A driver's license and your own car are essential
  • Ideally, a White Card (but this can be done in 1 day)
