Our client is a well-regarded project sales agency specialising in residential apartment developments. With a pipeline of exclusive off-the-plan apartments, this is an ideal opportunity for a seasoned project sales professional who is confident selling luxury property.
This role offers the chance to work on a stunning, owner-occupier focused development in Sydney’s CBD, complete with high-end finishes and multi-million-dollar price tag. You'll be supported by a hands on Director and administrator, enjoy a steady flow of qualified leads, and represent a brand known for its professionalism and results.

- Nurture past inquiry and manage buyer database
- Manage display suites and client appointments
- Negotiate sale prices and terms
- Nurture clients through to exchange and settlement
- Attend sales meetings and share market insights
- Assist with pricing and market feedback to adjust project positioning
- Attend weekly training and sales meetings
- Prepare weekly reports for sales manager
- Experience selling off plan properties
- A Class 2 Real Estate License
- Strong knowledge of the Sydney property market
- The ability to collaborate and work as a part of a team
- Flexibility to work weekends
- Strong relationship management skills
- The ability to confidently negotiate and close sales
