Description
As our Product Manager - Networking and Network Storage Solutions, you’ll be at the forefront of go-to-market planning, vendor engagement, and channel enablement—ensuring our solutions reach the right customers in the most impactful way. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to develop innovative product bundles, launch targeted marketing campaigns, and create sales enablement programs that drive growth and elevate our brand.
Key Responsibilities- Go-to-Market Strategy
Collaborate with vendors to develop and execute effective go-to-market strategies. - Vendor Management
Build and maintain strong vendor relationships, identify growth opportunities and challenges, manage claims, and ensure rebate targets are achieved. - Channel Enablement
Empower business partners and internal sales teams through training, pricing program management, and execution of demand generation initiatives. - Sales & Marketing
Design and implement marketing campaigns, develop bundled solutions, and create competitive pricing strategies to drive sales. - Forecasting & Inventory Management
Accurately forecast sales and inventory needs, manage stock levels, and minimize obsolescence. - Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with sales teams, BDMs, and key stakeholders to align strategies and drive business growth. - Performance Analysis
Conduct quarterly business reviews (QBRs), monitor key performance metrics, and develop action plans to address performance gaps. - Brand Advocacy
Serve as a passionate advocate for the brand within Dicker Data, promoting its value and vision.
Skills And Experiences
What You’ll Need to Succeed
- Strong technical knowledge of Networking and Network Storage Solutions.
- A proactive mindset with a focus on operational excellence, innovation, and initiative.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Proven ability in negotiation, problem-solving, and relationship management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- High attention to detail, with strong multitasking and prioritisation capabilities.
- Ability to perform under pressure and drive process improvements.
