We’re seeking a talented Property & Conveyancing Lawyer to manage matters from start to finish, guide junior staff, and build trusted client relationships — all within a supportive, collaborative culture.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Manage national conveyancing matters end-to-end – residential and commercial
• Leverage your PEXA proficiency to ensure seamless settlements
• Mentor and supervise staff, fostering growth and capability
• Provide practical, client-focused legal solutions with strong research and problem-solving skills
• Manage client expectations with empathy and clarity, always keeping outcomes in mind
• Maintain and strengthen client and referral partner relationships

What You Bring

• 3+ years PAE experience in NSW property & conveyancing
• Advanced PEXA skills and experience managing files independently
• Strong ability to communicate clearly and confidently, both written and verbal
• A positive, can-do attitude that reflects our firm’s values and team spirit
• Client-first mindset – you're practical, efficient, and solutions-driven
• Confidence in managing client expectations and handling matters autonomously
• Strong organisational skills and a sharp eye for detail
