We’re on the lookout for a passionate and experienced Team Leader to join the opening team of our brand-new venue located in the prestigious Porter House Hotel. This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside a hatted chef in a high-end dining environment that promises excellence in both service and cuisine.
What We’re Looking For:
- Lead and support front-of-house staff during service
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations and excellent customer service
- Assist with staff training, scheduling, and performance management
- Monitor food safety, cleanliness, and hygiene standards
- Handle customer feedback with professionalism and care
- Collaborate with management on service improvements and promotions
- Knowledge of food and wine, with a passion for the hospitality industry
