We’re on the lookout for a passionate and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join the opening team of our brand-new venue located in the prestigious Porter House Hotel. This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside a hatted chef in a high-end dining environment that promises excellence in both service and cuisine.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience as a supervisor in premium or fine-dining restaurants
- A hands-on leader with a strong focus on guest experience and team development
- Knowledge of food and wine, with a passion for the hospitality industry
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
