The Role
Act as 2IC to the Venue Manager, helping oversee the full venue operation
Lead by example across bars, bistro, gaming, and entertainment zones
Drive pace and service standards during busy periods while supporting the team on the floor
Maintain compliance and licensing, manage daily cash-ups, and assist with scheduling and team management
Build strong connections with the team and guests alike, a people-first approach is key
Contribute to local marketing, promotions, and seasonal planning

What We're Looking For
Previous experience as a Hospitality Manager or 2IC in a large-format or multi-revenue venue
Confident across gaming operations, bistro service, beverage leadership, and compliance
High energy and strong presence during service - calm, organised, and proactive
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative management style
Comfortable working a flexible roster including nights and weekends
A passion for mentoring teams and maintaining standards across the venue
Full Australian working rights required
