The Role:
We’re looking for a fast and accurate Data Entry Administrator to support key operational areas across Compliance, Key Accounts, and Operations. In this fast-paced role, you’ll be responsible for managing large volumes of client data, ensuring accuracy and consistency across internal systems. Your day-to-day will include:
- Entering and updating client data with speed and precision
- Reviewing documentation to maintain data integrity
- Supporting internal audits and reporting processes
- Identifying and correcting discrepancies
- Liaising with internal teams to verify and clarify information
You’re detail-driven, reliable, and comfortable working with systems and data. You enjoy structured, repetitive tasks and take pride in getting the details right. Ideally, you’ve worked in financial services or a tech-enabled environment and are confident using digital platforms. Experience with wealth or investment platforms is a bonus.
