Job Personal Assistant, Sydney

We’re partnering exclusively with a fast-growing Australian-owned energy retailer to find a sharp, Mandarin-speaking Personal Assistant to support their dynamic CEO.

This isn’t your average PA role - we’re looking for someone who’s proactive, highly organised, and confident communicating in both English and Mandarin. You’ll work closely with the CEO across both business and personal matters, acting as a trusted gatekeeper, sounding board, and go-to support in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.

What you’ll be doing:

• Providing high-level support to the CEO across both business and personal matters
• Managing inboxes, coordinating travel, and staying across key communications (calendar work is minimal)
• Acting as a trusted sounding board and thought partner
• Liaising with internal and external stakeholders, often in both English and Mandarin
• Assisting with ad hoc tasks and special projects as needed
• This role involves some driving to assist the CEO with errands

About you:

• You have experience as a Personal Assistant or in a business support role
• You’re in English and proficient in Mandarin (spoken)
• This role involves some driving to assist the CEO with errands you will need access to a car and a drivers licence
• You’re proactive, sharp, and thrive in environments where you’re trusted to get things done without being micro-managed
• You’re highly organised, and great at anticipating what’s needed
• You’ve got excellent communication skills and a naturally professional, can-do approach
• You’re based in Sydney and available to be in the office 3 days a week
