About the role
We are looking for an entry level Business Development Executive to join our growing sales team and help us achieve our goals. The ideal candidate has knowledge of Business Development best practices, and an understanding of key financial markets. This is an exciting opportunity for the right person to grow and develop into an established sales position. If you have strong organisation, presentation and communication skills, and are determined to learn and grow as our team does, we would love to hear from you.
What you will do
As a Business Development Executive for APAC, you will be responsible for supporting the team in driving the growth of 10x across key markets in Asia Pacific. You will be identifying and working with prospects to drive opportunities and new customers to the 10x platform.
Requirements
Ideally you will have..
- A background in Sales, preferably in a B2B environment
- Experience of selling into financial services organisations
- Experience of managing top of funnel leads through to opportunities
- Cross company collaboration experience to drive business outcomes
- Self starter attitude and a growth mindset

10x Ways of Working
We recognise that a better work/life balance can improve people’s motivation, performance and overall wellbeing. The Covid-19 pandemic changed a lot of things about the way we work, including the enablement of colleagues working from various locations and delivering high performance through the effective use of remote working technology.
10x is a fully ‘remote enabled’ organisation and supports agile working. This role has a minimum office attendance requirement of approx. 1-2 times per week, in agreement with your line manager.
As all employees are employed on Sydney based contracts, commuting costs to the office are covered by employees and not by 10x.
