Job Description
About the opportunity…
The Implementation Consultant – Payroll/RTA, reporting to the Regional Implementation Manager, plays a key role in delivering and optimising ELMO’s Payroll and RTA solutions. You’ll build strong product and domain expertise to configure solutions that meet client needs and drive success.
You’ll manage 12+ projects at a time, contribute to ongoing system development, and continuously grow your skills in the HR and payroll space.
What You'll Do
- Deliver end-to-end implementations of ELMO's Payroll and Rostering, Time & Attendance solutions.
- Configure systems based on client requirements, aligning with ELMO standards and timelines.
- Manage multiple client projects (12+), ensuring milestones are met and expectations are aligned.
- Build strong client relationships and guide them through the configuration and go-live process.
- Conduct troubleshooting and provide systems support, escalating technical issues as needed.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for all implementations and configurations.
- Contribute to process improvements and enhancements across Payroll and RTA systems.
- Ensure compliance with ELMO’s quality and information security standards.
Desired Skills and Experience
What we would like you to bring to the team...
- Hands-on experience with Datacom’s Datapay platform is essential.
- Solid knowledge of Payroll, Rostering, and Time & Attendance systems.
- Previous experience in software implementation or consulting, preferably in a talent or payroll tech environment.
- Strong stakeholder and project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects.
- High attention to detail and confident troubleshooting mindset.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- An undergraduate degree is preferred but not required.
