Supply Chain Coordinator (Mandarin Speaking)

The Role
This is an exciting opportunity for those graduates or junior professionals who would like to immerse themselves in the pharmaceutical industry and relevant supply chain functions. Reporting directly to the Supply Chain Manager will act as the conduit between operations, planning, and distribution. You will be responsible for coordinating business partners to achieve supply chain results.
This role has the exposure of gaining experience from every corner of the supply chain. The network is end-to-end, from NPD to product fulfillment in omni-channels including domestic grocery stores, pharmacy retailers, e commerce, and overseas customers.
Responsibilities
1. Logistics Operations
- Coordinate with 3PL providers and customers to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment, supporting DIFOT (Delivery in Full, On Time) performance targets.
- Collaborate with the Warehouse Manager on inbound and outbound shipments, inventory movements, and order fulfilment issues.
- Oversee the inbound logistics of raw materials via sea and air freight, ensuring smooth customs clearance and on-time delivery in collaboration with freight forwarders.
- Assist the Finance team with supply chain documentation and reconciliation for stock movements and month-end closing.
- Support the New Product Development (NPD) team in sourcing materials, obtaining quotations, and validating supply chain lead times and parameters.
- Provide internal teams with timely and accurate data to support planning, costing, and operational decisions.
- Liaise with suppliers to ensure purchase orders are shipped and received on time, according to specifications.
- Follow up on shipment documents (invoices, packing lists, certificates) and ensure proper filing and compliance for imports and deliveries.
- Maintain accurate records of supplier performance, pricing, lead times, and delivery schedules.
- Ensure all supply chain transactions are accurately recorded in the ERP system, including purchase orders, receipts, transfers, and adjustments.
- Regularly review and update item master data, supplier details, lead times, and inventory parameters.
- Generate and maintain reports from the ERP to support logistics tracking, purchasing decisions, and inventory planning.
- Strong ability to speak and write in Engligh and Mandarin
- Ability to work effectively within a team and be a team player
- Strong communication and stakeholder influencing skills
- Attention to detail and pressure resistance in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree or above. A Supply chain degree is an advantage.
- Good skills in MS Office
- Experience in ERP. Pronto/NetSuite is an advantage.
