As a Rental Equipment Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in the operations team. You will oversee the logistics and maintenance of rental equipment, ensuring seamless coordination between the warehouse, sales teams and customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate rental equipment, ensuring availability and function for sales orders.
- Conduct equipment maintenance and service for rental equipment, both in-field and at the warehouse 2-3 day split.
- Collaborate closely with sales teams to fulfil client orders for rental equipment promptly and accurately.
- Monitor inventory levels and update records to facilitate smooth operations.
- Experience servicing rental equipment in a logistics, medical or related field.
- Strong organisational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work effectively with sales teams and customers.
- Live in the Sydney North-West area - happy with a hands-on, in-field and warehouse-based role.
